This package kicks in about 2 months before your wedding day. It is tailor-made for couples with most details in place but who crave that extra support in tying up loose ends and ensuring their vision unfolds seamlessly. We're here to stand by you, ensuring that on your wedding day, your only tasks are sipping champagne and showcasing your most fabulous dance moves!

2 months before your wedding:

  • Unlimited communication between client & coordinator

  • Full access to our comprehensive planning software, Aisle Planner, from the time of booking

  • Venue walkthrough with client & coordinator (if venue is local to Pittsburgh)

  • Detailed timeline creation

  • Seating chart and layout creation

  • Wedding checklists/Budgeting resources

  • Timeline distribution to all vendors

  • Facilitate wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding (1 hour)

  • Assistance with final decor designs (signage, lighting, small details, etc.)

  • Cookie table design

On the day of your wedding:

  • Unlimited hours day of the wedding

  • Set up your personal and sentimental items

  • Decor setup at ceremony & reception venue

  • Repurpose decor from ceremony to reception venue if necessary

  • Place boutonnieres & distrubute bouqets

  • Timeline management from start to finish

  • Oversee vendor arrival and setup

  • Assist with family & bridal party portraits to ensure we stay on time

  • Partner with venue manager to ensure seamless execution of timeline

  • DJ supervision of ceremony & reception & cue wedding party during ceremony

  • Work with band/DJ/MC to coordinate speeches and special dances

  • On-the-fly problem-solving

  • Main POC for all vendors

  • ALWAYS ensure the bride and groom have a drink (:

  • Distribute payments and gratuities to vendors

  • Coordinate surprises (boudoir photo gift, ice luge, late night Mcdonalds delivery…yep, done that.)

  • Ensure venue is replenishing the cookie table

  • Constant candle lighting! (:

  • Assist with bride’s bustle

  • Pack up Gifts and Decor at the end of the night
